What payment methods do you accept?
Condorfootwear.com accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Unionpay. We do not accept checks, cash or credit vouchers.
Can I use PayPal when ordering?
Yes, Condor Footwear does accept PayPal as a payment option; we also accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Does Condor Footwear accept international credit cards?
Condor Footwear accepts Unionpay credit cards. Please use your international billing address when checking out.
How can I check the status of my order?

How do I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing your order upon receipt. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us right away.

Does Condor Footwear ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO boxes?
Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO boxes.

When will my order ship from your distribution center?
Orders made before 1:00pm PT (Pacific Time) will be processed and shipped the same day. If it is placed after 1:00pm PT (Pacific Time), it will ship the next business day.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When will I receive my credit on a return?
All returns will be refunded to the original credit card that was used for your purchase. Please allow 7 business days to process the credit to your card.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we currently offer exchanges. Please see our return policy for instruction on how to exchange an item.
If my item is defective, can I get a refund on my shipping charges?
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged or defective items, we will refund full shipping charges.
If I return an item for personal reasons (size/color/etc.) other than defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, can I get a refund on my shipping charges?
Refunds are processed based on applicable product and tax charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Shipping charges on items returned for personal reasons are not refunded.
How are your shoes sized?
Our shoes are sized according to the US standard. If you do not know your shoe size, you may measure your foot using the instructions listed in our size guide.
In what widths are Condor shoes available?
Condor boots come in wide width only.

Your login username is the email address that you used to register on Condorfootwear.com. If you forgot your password, please check the Forgot My Password page. Your login username and password are case sensitive. If your login attempts are unsuccessful, please contact us.
